Stock Items are returnable within 1 week of receipt. Shipping & sizing charges are not refundable. Returns must have an authorization number, which we will issue upon request. Special order items are NOT refundable. Many items can be ordered (returnable) with CZ to view a style before purchasing with Moissanite...
